Group fitness classes are offered to all members at no additional costs. There is no registration to worry about, just stop by when a class is scheduled and join in!

Our Yoga training will improve your flexibility, work and strengthen your core muscles, and allow you to perform cardio-centric exercises.
Upstairs is open to all except when specified by signage, this area becomes a private area reserved for women only.
Massage therapy has been used for hundreds of years as a form of alternative medicine and a way to promote health and well being. Though many people think of massage therapy as primarily a relaxation device, it’s uses are, in reality, much more diverse. Athletes, in particular, can benefit from massage therapy and use the benefits to make them better and more versatile athletes.
